I captured most of the images on my Minolta 7000 with a 400mm f5.6 lens, and the prints are scanned in. I now use a Canon d SLR with a Canon 100-400mm IS USM lens. My Sony PC 110 camcorder gives pretty good results for video images, you can see some of them on the IBC
